储存条件20毫米TrIS HCl（pH 7.6）；50 mM NaCl；0.1毫米EDTA；1毫米DTT；200μg/ml牛血清白蛋白；50%甘油。存储在-20°C。

用DN**段的酶95%进行3倍过度消化后结扎可以结扎。其中的90%个可以再剪除。
