Agarose BlendersTM are ready-made Agarose blends consisting of the highest quality all-purpose
Agarose I. The TBE or TAE is already mixed in with the agarose at a 1X concentration. This
unique product is not only easy to use, but also provides excellent clarity and low background for
optimal electrophoresis results.
Agarose BlendersTM are easy and quick to use. Use the following table to prepare superior gels
for the most sensitive applications.

Procedure:
1. Weigh out the above specified quantity of Agarose BlendersTM product into a beaker or
flask. 2. Add 100ml of Deionized water. 3. Microwave or autoclave according to standard Agarose gel preparation method of choice. 4. Pour the gel. 5. Perform electrophoresis according to standard procedures using standard TBE or TAE. 6. Stain gel according to standard practices. 7. View the results.
