Suggested Dilution Range:

1:100-1:500 for IHC

1:1000-1:10,000 for western blotting with ECL substrates

1:1000-1:20,000 for ELISA and Western bloting with chromogenic substrates

Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user.

Storage Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4, Bovine Serum Albumin as Stablizer and 50% Glycerol.

Storage Instructions: Store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.

Specificity: The antibody reacts with the Fc portion of mouse IgG3 heavy chain but not with other mouse IgG subclasses, mouse IgM, or the Fab portion of mouse immunoglobulins. The antibody minimal cross-reaction with bovine, horse, human serum proteins, but it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
